Fundraising & Activities
Please submit Fundraising Request form, revenue forms, meeting minutes, pre-sale sheets, and flyers, if any.
FUNDRAISING RULES: 1. ASB needs to approve all fundraisers on and off campus. 2. Organizations must be currently registered and sanctioned by ASB. 3. A club or organization may be approved for a maximum of two fundraisers at a time. 4. The Fundraiser Request Form must be submitted no later than ONE week prior to the activity. 5. Approval for a fundraiser is on the first come, first serve basis. Submissions will be determined in order by the time and date stamp completed by the Business and Activities Office and completion of potential revenue form(s) 6. The Fundraiser Request and Revenue Form must be COMPLETELY filled out before approval (including any necessary signatures). 7. Clubs must turn in Revenue Form, Copy of Meeting Minutes, and any flyers or pre-sale sheets prior to approval. 8. Pre-sale dates are a maximum of 2 weeks. *Please note that if your fundraiser requires a Tax ID, it will require more time for approval. Please submit forms ahead of time.* ACTIVITY/SOUND SYSTEM RULES: 1. Rules 1-5 of the above fundraising rules apply 2. Clubs can have events going on at the same time, as long as they’re at different locations on campus. (ex. A council event in the big gym and an ASB event in the quad) 3. Must turn in meeting minutes (with signatures) that show approval of the event and any flyers at the time of submission. Club Renewals & New Clubs

Regardless of whether your club has experienced any changes or not, your club is REQUIRED to fill out a renewal form to be considered as an active club. Any club who fails to submit their renewal form will not be recognized as an active club.

Deadline: TBD Turn in ALL forms in the google form! If your club’s renewal forms are not submitted by that due date, your club will be marked as inactive and will not appear on the public club spreadsheet, which will be distributed to the whole school body.
